Blessings one and all...

Today we reach across the veil to support you in an area that a lot are struggling with at this moment. Many are in the process of consciously and actively changing their lives on many levels. This is not an easy task even with the rising vibration of the Earth plane.

When you make a conscious choice to heal your life and all your bodies it can seem a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many ways and so much information floating around on the subject that many are frustrated and confused as to which way to proceed. We tell you look around, see what is available to you and follow your heart. You are the only one who can truly decide what is right for you and what may work for one person may not work as well for another. The number and speed of these changes will be different for each Human Angel and some will not take any conscious steps at all, they will simply be carried along with the tide of increasing vibration.

All paths are honoured and each must be allowed to make their own choices. Be gentle and patient with yourself and others. Regardless of the chosen path, there will be challenges and obstacles to be worked through. The struggles can be lessened with conscious awareness of the process, however it is not an absolute requirement for successful transformation.

In the months ahead, in your time, you will see and feel many changes taking place both externally and internally in your own mind, body and emotions. The intensity and the duration of these shifts will differ widely between individuals so it is difficult for us to speak to specifics. It is safe to say that everyone on the planet will be experiencing these shifts, including the Mother herself.

The Mother has entered a very active period of shifting that will continue to increase for sometime now. This is not something to be fearful of, simple to be aware of to increase your own understanding and awareness of what is happening around you. If you are in an area of increase activity and no longer feel comfortable in that energy perhaps it is time to relocate to an area where you better resonate with the vibration. If you are in an area of increased activity and you feel comfortable there than simply stay where you are. Don't let the dictates or opinions of others make your choices for you, follow your own heart, your own guidance. There is always many reasons why you find yourself in certain areas and situations. Just because you can not immediately identify them does not mean they are not present or appropriate.

Many of you may be sensing, feeling the approach of a period of rapid growth and expansion. This is not your imagination. There is a definite ebb and flow to the changes that are occurring with you and the planet itself. There are periods of rapid and power energy inflows and quieter periods or rest stops along the way. These quieter periods are necessary for integration and assimilation of the energies and vibrations to balance within you and the Mother herself. You are now moving out of an integration stage and into another powerful session of movement and expansion. The next year and a half will see much activity and the influx of powerful energy into your Earth plane. Fear not Angels of Earth you are ready for this next phase whether you realize it or not. Some have been actively preparing themselves for this phase on a conscious level and others on a subconscious level. It matters not, except it can be more helpful on an emotional level to be experiencing these things at a conscious level.

If you have been experiencing this time of preparation and integration on a conscious level do not be surprised when your friends, family and even coworkers start coming to you looking for answers and explanations of what they are feeling and seeing happening around them. There will be people you would never have dreamed would ask you such questions. Simply speak to them from your heart in words that you know will make sense to them and watch their reactions, you will be amazed at their level of acceptance of your explanations. There will be a level of openness and sharing, you once thought impossible, as their hearts have been opening on a subconscious level for quite some time now.

It will be interesting indeed to see the scoffers come to the ones they once considered "way out there" for explanations and answers. It will be even more amazing to see them actually consider your flavour of the truth. [Laughter]

Rejoice Angels of Earth, it is a time of communion and unity regardless of what you see on your Televisions and read in your Newspapers. Your world media can not hope to capture or report the ground swell of the beautiful energy of "unity and understanding". They see and feel only the thin veneer of turmoil and conflict not the heart and pulse of the rising vibration of love and unity consciousness. "All is not what it seems!"

Stay in the moment, live each day as a beautiful moment on to itself. Do not focus on the past or the future and you will stay balanced in your own energies. In this way you will be of the highest service to yourself and all those around you. Follow your heart and your own guidance, listen to that quiet loving voice that speaks to you from within your own heart. Look at the world with eyes that see and feel the growing power of love and unity.

Re-member who and what you are! A brilliant spark of "All That Is", shinning your light on everything around you, a powerful creator in your own right, a beautiful shining soul pretending to be a physical human being, a spirit of pure love that is never ever alone!

We hold you to our heart of hearts and ask you to do the same for each other.
