Beloved brothers and sisters, we Arcturians come to you again with a message. As you all experience at this time, there is much going on in your world! There has been an increase of vibrations and this raising of energy will continue until planet Earth and humanity will have ascended to their next level of existence.

Much has been spoken and written about the ascension process. For years, lightworkers all over the planet have been carrying out the message, not only with words but by being and projecting their higher truths coming from within their very essence which they have brought down to this world when they incarnated. Not always being aware of their mission it has not always been an easy task for them, but deep within they have always known that their sacrifice (projecting themselves into a lower vibrational world) served a higher purpose, something greater than their individual being on the planet.

Now dear ones, because of the hard work of your fellow Lightworkers, who helped prepare your world to ascend to its next level of existence, you are all ready to go with the flow of higher frequencies permeating and overflowing your world from "deep space", from the Central Sun of your Galaxy via various other Central Suns and via the Sun of your Solar System, uplifting every atom of your world. No one and nothing is excluded from this ascension process; no one can escape from it.

It was the message and mission of the beloved Jeshua, two thousand years ago, to ground the first higher levels of Christ Consciousness into your world, and although the majority of humanity - that was largly asleep at the time - did not understand or recognize the importance of bringing down the Christ Consciousness through this one man, those events two thousand years ago started the process of uplifting your world into a higher state of being. The message was and has always been that you are much more than your individual appearance. Initially there was much resistence because a large part of humanity considered this birth of Light a threat to its existence, but now you are all becoming much more aware of the true nature of the work of Jeshua and of the message he tried to convey to the people.

So let us tell you about reaching your next level of existence. This year everyone of you is experiencing difficulties adapting to the new and higher frequencies pouring down from your Sun. Everything you were accustomed to, be it socially, politically, economically or educatively, is shaking to its foundations, and you may wonder 'What is going on?'

Your three dimensional systems will no longer work on your next level of existence in the fifth dimension, and since the constant influx of yet higher frequencies are preparing you for this next level, these systems will inevitably break apart as they cannot keep up and coexist with the new energies. Many of you feel uncomfortable with these new energies around, and each of you is being challenged to let go of old convictions and old beliefs still present in your very energy systems. The process you are going through this year is becoming aware of every little part of you still clinging to the old three dimensional world. And you may be surprised what you will find within yourself, even though you have always thought of yourself as a true lightworker.

The energies you are now experiencing invite you to let go and become receptive - the female quality of Life - a struggle many of you have been going through for thousands of years. You see, beloveds, the reason for humanity's presence on planet Earth is integrating the female aspect by learning to become receptive and allowing yourself to integrate higher facets, higher truths of your being. Without integrating the female aspect and bringing both male and female energies into balance within your being, you would never be able to reach a higher level of existence, since any transformation requires you to jettison old beliefs, and you can only do so if you are receptive to new ideas and new ways of living.

The integration process may cause you to become irritable and even explosive and you will find that it is no longer possible to lead a 'normal' three dimensional life as you were used to. This will continue until you have fully integrated the new fifth dimensional frequencies that are now pouring down to your world in a very rapid pace. And although at times you may think that you cannot possibly keep up with this raising of energies, know that everything is in divine order and you will not be confronted with what you cannot handle. Trust your intuition, learn to trust it by embracing your female part; allow the energies of your Higher Self to guide you by becoming TOTALLY RECEPTIVE to its existence. Do not resist any longer. If you allow the higher frequencies now manifesting in your world to clean and uplift you, you will have little difficulty with adapting to your new level of existence, your fifth dimensional world that awaits you and that you already visit frequently at night while you are asleep in the physical.

Yes, beloveds, at this point you may not realize that you are already preparing yourself to your new reality by building your future fifth dimensional home! On another level you are already experiencing your new level of existence - in fact, you always have! By transforming your lower physical being you will allow yourself to remember that existence and to remember that you are multidimensional beings. From your physical point of view you are yet to become aware of your multidimensional parts, and each day experiencing yet slightly higher frequency levels brings you yet a little closer to that awareness. So you can imagine what glory awaits you once you have fulfilled the integration process; all physical boundaries by which your spiritual senses have been limited will fall away, and you will finally see the magnificant light beings that you truly are.

This is a moment in the history of your world you have been long wainting for, and you have come to this planet once more to consciously experience its resurrection - your resurrection - from the physical first hand. You are at the dawn of the Golden Age, you already see the morning light of the new sunrise, the sunrise of a new world, a new Era, and all the struggles you have been going through to get there, will soon be forgotten.
