Beloved Lightworkers, we come to you again at this time to join our energies with you on planet Earth, because this is a very exiting time to observe what is unfolding in your world as it moves closer to the point where each of you will shift into a reality that is quite different from what you are experiencing now in your three dimensional bodies.

Have you noticed how the energies on your planet have raised within the last few months? Have you noticed how everything is being intensified - your emotions going up and down like a jojo? This is not just you, beloveds, this is the planet being raised from its third to its fifth dimensional reality along with all living beings on it! This experience is so unique, both for you on the surface and for us from “outer space”. It is an event that no one in this grand cycle of lifeforms in our Universe has experienced before and that is what makes it so exiting!

So please do not look at this experience as if all things being manifested are negative or difficult to face. Remember that you have willingly chosen to experience these crucial moments on this planet because on a soul level you are very well aware that there are many lessons to experience and that every experience is an opportunity to grow spiritually - to arrive at a greater awareness of your true nature each day of your earthly lives. So we encourage you to look at events as a tool to enhance your understanding of the true nature of this three dimensional world - that it is a temporary stage specifically designed to allow souls to come to a better understanding of themselves as they move along the cosmic spiral of evolution. This truth will become much more apparent as you “move on” on your earthly timeline.

From our vantage point we see that many of you very much focus on the year 2012 of your earthly calendar, but we say to you: the transformation process is right here, right now, every moment of your daily lives as you are being challenged by the events being presented to you and the continuation of energies being raised on your planet from one moment to the next. There is no stopping these energies, beloveds, there is no stopping the transformation process that has been planned from the beginning of time, even though it may appear that negative forces in your world are successful in blocking the evolutionary progress of your world - this is not so! Rather, their actions are merely desparate attempts to stay in control of your planet. However, they do not realize that they actually have never been in control, as there is always a greater force looking after the progressive development of a world inhabited by souls seeking their path to greater understanding.

The physical, mental and emotional symptoms each of you experiences at this time are caused by the shifting of energies occuring on your planet. This shift becomes more apparent each day causing you to feel being torn apart between two worlds - the old three dimensional world and the new fourth and fifth dimensional world. This is inevitable as the shifting energies continue to intensify until the transformation process - the ascension of planet Earth has been fulfilled. This is not an easy time for you on the surface but who said it would be an easy job? Once the transformation process is complete you will be able to understand much better what happened and why it happened the way it did. For everything there is a reason, even for you being on Earth at this time helping all life transcending into a new reality!

This shifting of energies, beloveds, among other things, causes you to lose track of your “time” and your orientation. This is because the shifting of energies is also the shifting of your time and space - your three dimensional world. We have always stated that your world - in fact everything being manifested - is an illusion, and now, as the energies of your hologram indeed are shifting, you become much more aware of this truth and rightly so as you have held this reality for THE reality for far too long!

As we have said before, this is not an easy time, but you are very well equiped to handle the situation and we support you every step on the way of ascension. Know that we are always there, just ask for our help and we will give it to you, that is one of our tasks while accompanying your world at this crucial time of evolutionary development. But you must ask for it, you must make clear to us that you want our help for we will not interfere in your lives without you asking for it as this is a world being reigned by free will. Remember that the shifting of energies - the shifting of time and space is intrinsic to your world being lifted to a fifth dimensional state. There is no escaping this transformation process, instead, try to stay in the moment and within yourself, live up to your fullest potential for you are spiritual beings and there are no limits to what you can accomplish. Envision the glory of a new world, a new sunrise, for you are here to give birth to a new reality, a new world of peace and love.

This is what we have come to say to you at this time. Your outer world may change but you will always be there, regardless of the vehicle you live in. We are your brothers and sisters helping you anyway we can but you also must do the transformation process yourself for it is part of your growth.

We are the Arcturians and we will return…
