L: Who wishes to speak to me please?
“ I come from your distant ancestry to communicate with you this day. I am from Telos, of the lighted realms, and I offer you thanksgiving and praise. I am one who is known as Adama. Greetings.
L: Greetings, lovely to meet you.
A: I would like to initiate this conversation with a group healing, would this be acceptable?
L: I would be honored.
A: Thank you dearest heart. I would first like to open the chalice of each heart who reads these words. The chalice is in the heart center and is the portal to the divine entranceway into the ascended realms of existence. This heart space is replicated from the great I Am and is a divine aspect of each human soul. I would like to send this message to the heart chalice of each of you now. In doing this, I will be activating the star seed systems of ascended earth. I am one who deals primarily with the inner earth teachings of love and laws pertaining to universal science. I am in the midst of many great creators known to humans at this time as the ascended masters. I wish to link the heart centers of each of you to the heart centers of the ascended masters for this clearing. In this sacred space of healing all who walk forward in light of their true purpose shall be ordained as beings of ancient Lemuria and connected to the inner city of Telos. This inner city is a crystalline grid structure and is a replication of your outer earth. In these inner cities of light, we offer many healing properties to the human soul. We offer a plentitude of modalities for those wishing to connect with us. We would like to offer our cities of healing to each of you now.

In this space of connectivity I am emanating a vibration of inner earth frequency to each heart who connects with Telos. I am offering many of you a chance to step over the foot path bridge to your destination among the stars. It is in this divine transition that you will begin to open up your true and inherent abilites of light. Step forth now and claim your birthright by intentionally connecting to our inner city. Utilize your divine calling to activate your potential through our grids. We can devise an energetic portal of transcendence for you to enable yourself to freely access this space of healing through your electromagnetic field.

Simply sit with your eyes closed and recite these words to yourself. “I am a lighted warrior of the ascended realms.” As you repeat this mantra to yourself, allow your heart center to freely open and expand. Feel your chest widen and allow for the love and light of inner earth to fill you. Visualize this stream of healing energy enter through your crown, through your third eye, through your throat center and into your heart chalice. As the light permeates the core of your being, allow for the feelings of joy to take you to the inner earth where you will be welcomed by us. We are waiting for each of you to make this trip so we can bestow upon you the great gifts of crystalline form. In this space of healing you will have acess to memories that will benefit your soul mission. You will be offerd insight and clarity of purpose for your next steps in your evolutionary cycle. Allow for the great cities of light to permeate your cellular structure and penetrate all areas of energetic discord. Allow for the healing light to cataputlt you forth into the unknown where you will have the freedom to create all that you desire. In the temples of light there are many higher dimensional gifts waiting to be bestowed upon each of you. These temples of light offer you the direct connection to your lineage and soul groups. Take to these temples and allow the light to realign your frequencies in harmony.

I have offered you this day a gift of healing. It is always up to you to accept, but know that deep in your heartspace is a seed of intelligence waiting to be ignited into a full flame of power. Your power begins in your heart and is filtered outward to each and every soul that you encounter. It is the center of the heart that offers you the divine imprint of your truth. Come to the city of light to be healed and prepared for your very new roles. Creator has beckoned each of you to follow the nudgings of yous heart. Use this gift of healing to help you to awaken to your divnity. Swim in the healing crystalline lakes of inner earth and meet with others who wish to guide and assist you on your very individualized paths of truth.
