Confusion, tingling, numbness, headaches and heart palpitations are all part of the ascension process! From carbon based structure to "crystalline" is the work that is going on in your body while you are going about your daily business. Your DNA has been activated and many changes are taking place that you probably cannot ignore or dismiss. Many are writing about these symptoms and changes so you may know you are okay, you are merely morphing into the new you!

We have all heard by now that we are transforming from the density of a physical body into a new light body. This light body will support us in our eternal expression in our new world. The light body is the form Christ took on when he was resurrected. We too are "rising" without physical death. Our new form will free us from the life and death cycles. It is referred to as our "Merkba". Merkba is light. Light is our expression in the Heavenly Realm.

In our skies we may see physical objects of a silver metallic material defying gravity. We may also see balls of light in the sky, also defying gravity. If you have studied the crop circle phenomena you may have seen videos of these balls of light coming down into the fields and forming these intricate and precise geometrical patterns. In a matter of seconds, in our time, these mysterious communications have been imprinted upon our earth. Our scientists and mathematicians have confirmed the intelligence and importance of these messages received from "above".

Who or what are these balls of light? Merkba's from higher dimensions. Souls who have already ascended long before us who have come to lend a helping hand in preparing us for our ascension.

The physical ships we are seeing may be manifested for our benefit, so we may view them and comprehend their existence beyond our 3D world. Have you ever witnessed the physical form of a ship turning into a ball of light? This is what we will be able to do when our ascension process is complete. We will be able to manifest and travel at will, in our light bodies, merkba form. We may also express and experience in a body, much like we do now. We are talking freedom at a whole new level!

For some, this may be hard to conceive, and not all will ascend in this glorious time. It is an individual decision/choice to ascend, remember? However, for those of you who are experiencing these "symptoms" you can rest assured you are on your way to your new form of expression. So when the headache comes, forget the aspirin or Tylenol and just allow the work on your body to be done. You may request assistance in pain relief and explanation whether your symptoms are part of the morphing or an actual physical problem that you may need to seek medical attention in order to treat.

I suggest you continue to focus on the magnificence of the ascension process and place your individual intention in aligning with God and surrendering anything that is not of love and light. Envision your creation and manifestation of Heaven on Earth knowing Thy will, will be done! And if you are having bouts of negativity and fear coming up, just remember to let it go. It is that simple! You are not alone! The illusion has been our reality for a long, long time. It takes time to release the cellular memory before we may enter "Zero Point". 

To be open and willing to release any untruth we may have on a daily basis will keep us from going into the battle of polarity or being swayed off our God center where peace exists in our knowing. Do not judge yourself or others for we all have lower density vibrational patterns to release. Forgive and forget as you continue to move forward into the light.

And as we learned in Kindergarten, lets not forget to hold hands when we cross the street!
