All that needs to be said has been said. Now let us replay the tapes in our minds for our souls to digest. Habit comes from repetition. It is a time to choose love.

After the tears are shed and you have reached within the depths of your soul to understand, see the silver lining in the tragedy and reaffirm your vision of peace. Choose love.

Fantasy or reality? Peace on Earth. Fantasy can manifest into reality. Choose love.

When you are faced with conflict, choose the path of least resistance. Speak your truth and let it go. Walk away if you must. Choose love.

Whatever you may encounter in your day, contemplate at night. If something troubles you look to see why it troubles you. Accept that which you cannot change and change your perception of it. Choose love.

If you are facing the reality of disease, remind yourself that it is an illusion. In the face of illusion you can see beyond the walls of limitation in your science and create a different outcome. Choose love.

When the skies are their darkest, focus on the memory of the light of the sun. When you can see the sun peeking through the clouds, bless it and give thanks. Choose love.

When a child comes into the world, and you welcome and celebrate their arrival remember the ones who are also leaving this world and entering into another. Send them home with love.

Forgiving yourself is choosing to love yourself more. Forgiving others is choosing to love yourself more. Loving yourself is loving God. Loving God is loving yourself and all others. Choose love.

Love is the highest vibration in the Universe. Nurture yourself with all the love you have inside then let it pour out and nurture others. Increase your capacity to give and receive more love and more love you will have. When you can feel love and compassion for those who are deemed “un-lovable” you are on your way to receiving even more blessings from the Father. Choose love.

Make love your mission, your goal, your focus in every moment. Live it, breath it, eat it. And as you digest it and it will blossom and grow. Bathe in the love and light at night when you sleep.

Choose love and watch your world transform before your very eyes!
