A ringing in my
ear came the night before last. I opened up to receive my message
from guidance. The message was, “Tumultuous
times ahead! Prepare to remain centered.”
When you think about how much time you may have on
Earth, you may ask, “Is it necessary to continue making
plans for the future?” NASA confirms the Earth will shift
sometime around the predicted 2012. The Pentagon states we have a
maximum of 1 to 3 years left for life as we know it. Even if we choose
to ignore these messages warning us of change, the changes will
come with or without our permission. But to live in a world
without plans and hope for a better world serves absolutely no one!
If we do heed
the warnings in what may be coming our way how do we cope? How do
we stay on track in our daily lives with a feeling of optimism and
hope? How do we answer the questions of our children when they ask
us if the world is going to end? Today, let
us focus on what we can do to remain calm and centered amidst
the challenges we are facing.
My husband is
one who plans for our financial future. He is
careful to monitor what we are spending to insure our financial
security in whatever may come. He is solid, practical and very conservative
by nature. He is grooming our little one for an Ivy League College
that he believes will be there in ten years. I on the other hand cannot
deny the possibility that we may be living in another world before
this tenth year arrives. What are we to do in making these decisions
and planning for our future and the future of our children when we
believe our world may no longer exist? We continue to believe in “Good/God” and remain
in the presence of the now!
Recently we have made plans to extend our patio and
place sod across the back yard. We have visions of our son and
grandchildren joyfully running and playing in the lush carpet of green
grass while we sit on the patio sipping a cup of tea and talking
about our plans for the future. And even if we believe that we are
in the midst of major Earth changes and in the possibility that
our beautiful Earth is changing, still we need to continue to plan,
live in the now and look forward to our future.
The Earth changes
are bigger than us. We have no control over these changes. But we
do have control over how we react to them and how we live today
and in the days to come. We can remain in
our joy, in our peace and most importantly in the presence of the
now. Regardless of what may come, when we are in alignment with God
we know that we have nothing to fear. If lemons appear we
will view them as a blessing and we will make lemonade.
We will know what to do in any given moment when we go within and ask, “What
now, Father?” We can rest assured we will be guided every
step of the way.
We signed the contract and the patio and sod are being
laid. We choose to live in the presence of the now. In the mornings
when we awake we will look out on to our beautiful
back yard and enjoy the “beauty in being in the now”.
We recommend you do not focus on what may come. Focus
on the beautiful moment in the present. Continue to dream your
dreams, plan and visualize knowing that everything will be all right,
no matter what! This is the way to remain in your joy and God
center. Miracles are created in the moment of now. Now is
all that really matters! Keep on keeping on! What is a world
without hope? Not a world I choose to live in!
When we believe in a loving, compassionate God we can rest
assured he has a plan that will encompass and protect all of
his children. When we turn to Him, he will show us the way. When
in doubt, go within and pray. Ask and you shall receive, today
and everyday! Be at peace and experience the beauty of living
in the presence of the now.
