In the I am that
I am, may all our dreams come true! Some people
dream of purchasing a piece of land and farming it when others
dream of a five star hotel with room service. Whatever it is that
you dream of, it is your dream and you are worthy of bringing it into
your expression.
Have you ever
asked someone, “What do you want?” And
they reply, ”That is the problem, I do not know what I
want!” Have you ever called Sears Catalog Dept. and said, “Send
me something you think I might like!” Take the time to decide
what it is you think you might like. If you sit on it for a day and change
your mind, this too is OK. You can have whatever it is that you desire.
So get out your pen and paper and make your list.
Then place beside
each item on your list a date in which you are personally willing
and open to receive it. Go within and ask! In asking it is necessary
that you believe that these things will be delivered.
Believing is knowing that God always says Yes! To whatever you desire,
God wants you to have what you want. You do not have to have a reason
to want what you want. You just have to want it!
Now you may prepare
to receive. In your preparation you may
ask, “What must I change within myself in order to receive these
things by the date I have requested?” This is the only
work you will personally need to do on your end of the request.
If you have any beliefs that may be blocking you from receiving,
you must identify them and release them.
Example: I am
not worthy. If I am rich I can not be spiritual. Money is the root
to all evil. I don’t really believe God always says
yes. If I have what I want, people may not like me because they will
be envious. The list goes on! What ever comes up when you go within
and ask this question, take a look and see what cobwebs you may
need to clear out before you can open up to receive. Sometimes
it is just a little adjustment to make in your thinking or beliefs.
And other times it may be a concept or belief
you may have held onto that is not truth and needs to be released
and replaced with a new truth.
Say for example,
you ask God for Star Jello. And the pan you have placed on the counter
to receive your star jello is square. God delivers your star jello,
and plops it into your
square pan. What happens to your star jello? Will you recognize
it when you receive it if you did not prepare to receive it
by placing a star mold on the counter?
The action that
you take in preparing to receive is to be open
to receiving. If you have a feeling or inc-ling to do something
then listen and respond. Example: I asked for star jello. If
I am to receive my special order, I will need a star jello mold
in order to receive it. You are driving down the street and you see
a sign that reads, Star Jello Molds, on sale at Kitchens and Us! Stop
the car! Get your star jello mold, take it home and place it
on your counter and expect to receive your star jello!
I know this example
of star jello may be a stretch for you, but whatever it is that
you ask for, you must prepare to receive it. When I was first demonstrating
these principles of the law of attraction, I made my list and on
my list I described the perfect man I wanted to spend my life with.
When I read all of the qualities I had listed for this man I desired,
I had to ask myself, “If he were to appear today,
would he be interested in me?” Do I have the qualities where
he would choose me as a mate? I knew then I had my work cut out for
me. I knew that I needed to heal myself from the wounds from my previous
relationship and to feel good about myself so that when Mr. Right
did appear, I would be the woman he would want to be with. And sure
enough, I did the work on me and received exactly what I ordered!
These Universal principles work for everyone who accepts them
and is willing to practice using these simple techniques whether
or not you acknowledge God as your source. Personally, I believe
it is important to acknowledge that all things come from God
and it is important that we give thanks when we do receive. In giving
thanks, we are opening up to receiving more. An attitude of gratitude
creates a vacuum effect in bringing more joy into your life.
Once you are in the flow of manifesting you may need to increase
your capacity to receive more good in your life! When the cup is full,
get a bigger cup!
In the good book
it tells us to ask and we will receive. “If
you ask and I do not open the windows of Heaven and pour out unto
you then it is you who are not willing to receive.” Not being
a Bible expert, it is stated where it speaks of tithing. Giving
10% back to God.
I was inspired
to share this message with you today because I still see many enlightened
ones who are struggling to make ends meet
and experiencing lack. In my spiritual journey I am grateful
to Edwene Gaines for sharing these principles of abundance and manifestation with
me. I used them and turned my life around. I wish for you all to have
whatever it is you desire knowing that you are worthy and deserve
to be fulfilled. You are not glorifying the Father when you are
worried about making ends meet and providing for yourself and
your family.
When you master
this then you are free to do what you really came here to do! Giving
testimony to Jesus’ message
and demonstrating miracles for all to come unto the Father.
Ask yourself,
if Jesus were here today, what car would he drive? Answer: Any car
he wants! It is not important what vehicle you choose, as long as
you serve God, these things are here to serve you! So why not do
your thing in the style you desire! It is your individual expression
of the One!
Enjoy the ride!
