When one is acting out of fear or aggression it is important and easy to learn to detach yourself emotionally in not judging or reacting to any expression you may encounter.

Know this will only throw you off your God center. Many times one is thrown off their center because of their past programming and reaction. Your reaction may be an automatic reaction without conscious consideration. To remain conscious and in the present you have the power to divert any energy of a lower vibration and transform it. However this is only achieved when you remain “neutral” and in your God center.

You may witness and acknowledge the “imbalance” in one who is acting out and affirm, “Forgive them for they know not what they do!” Let this be your new mantra! When you make this conscious statement combined with compassion from the heart for an others discord, you can in effect dissipate the polarity by remaining neutral. In remaining neutral you are creating the space for a different scenario by not feeding into it. You demonstrate love and peace by example.

When you are engaged in fixing, fighting or making right a wrong you are feeding into the polarity of the situation or circumstance and can be assured you will experience a win/lose scenario. Many times, depicted in the movies, you have the good guys verses the bad guys engaged in battle. Because of these movies you may be conditioned into believing that when you engage in battle, most likely the good guy will win and the bad guy will lose. This is not always true!

In reality, there is no good guy and bad guy. Only in the movies! You are what you are, making individual choices in the moment, with or without conscious intent or awareness of being in and of the One. To engage in any “battle” is to reinforce polarity and demonstrate duality. Duality is what we are stepping out of and leaving behind as we prepare to enter our new world.

Today we ask you to contemplate and begin to practice creating a “win-win” situation. When your mental and emotional buttons are triggered, choose to react in a different way from the way you did before. Remain neutral and disengaged by affirming a higher truth. “Forgive them for they know not what they do!” Any feelings that may surface that would cause you to ordinarily jump into “battle” you may now simply release in making this statement of forgiveness. Refuse to create a polarity in good verses bad, right verses wrong. Remain neutral in your God center.

The more you practice forgiveness the easier it will become. To remain calm and in your God center you may choose in the “now” differently than before. You can choose love in forgiving and know that in forgiving, love and peace will abound! For in each moment that you consciously choose, you are literally creating the effect of what you focus on. And in each moment you choose love you will experience more love, greater than before. Forgiving is the absence of judgment. Forgiving neutralizes polarity and allows one to remain in their “Peace” in turn raising ones vibration to love even more.

Love is forgiveness. Love is compassion. Love is patience and tolerance. Love is understanding. Love is the highest vibration in the Universe! Love begets peace and in learning to love yourself more you are loving God more, because you are one. You may begin to love all of your brothers and sisters regardless of what they say or do acknowledging your Oneness with all. Increase your capacity to love in practicing forgiveness.

When you focus on love and peace and remain neutral you are in essence creating the opportunity and space for love and peace to reign. You will never resolve any conflict by engaging in battle for there will always be a winner and a loser. And in essence, no one really wins!

Today, you may begin. We invite you to practice this simple technique in forgiving. Remember to forgive them for they know not what they do! And forgive yourself. With each new day you will choose better than before. See for yourself if this is indeed true.
