I visited Westwoods formation today, not the most easy to access.
After finding a way into the field it is quite a walk to the formation
but on reaching it the walk is worth it. Some of the crop is recovering
but the lay is good. I arrived at the small circle and followed
a narrow way to a large flattened area which had some nice swirls
and edges. I don't think it has had many visitors and it has a good
feel about it. I couldn't really say what the formation represented
and look forward to overhead pictures.

Below is just
another little colourful picture to help explain the
meaning of Westwoods from June 16? The small unlabelled "half
disk" symbol
there is meant to represent our Sun as "halfway gone" on
the summer solstice of June 20, 2007.
